Self portrait trials.
I'm getting bored with my current work and want to upload more, more often, trying different things- starting with the most reliable, myself :)

Please feel free to comment.

:) thanks. Can you explain more about the pupils? hehe that's one thing I didn't change, they are real :)

I try to explain ... i don´t know how you take it ... if i look at the exif-information you don´t use flash - if you use flash it is possible that you pupil is not fast enough to close when the light comes ... here you get normaly the "redeyes" but here the light don´t "fit to the pupils" ... hmm bad to explain (its to bright for the look of the pupils) ... hope you can understand!?

By the way you eyes are realy beautiful ... its only irritating

Hehe. I get what you mean :) I'm not offended at all. Technically you are right... My ';peanut' flash won't register on the camera because it has no 'output' connections on it's 'shoe' (That's why there is no flash registered in the exif info.
I was in a very dark room when I took the image so that may be the reason why my pupils are so wide in this shot. The pupil takes a few milli seconds to respond to light (especially light a 1/1000th of a second).
Hope this helps your irritation. I like talking technically like this about photography, it's interesting :)

Glad you like to talk about it - i think DA is good enough for more than "nic pic" and "hot" comments ;) (even if "hot" would apply to your eyes ;) )

Thank you for your explanation about flash and exif - i never thought about this reason ;)

The reason about the pupils and the respond-time is the reason i think but you know why it is irritating? Maybe its a better to erxperiment with a helping-light like a little pocket lamp to prevent this effect ;)
